MALACHA was incorporated on 30th March 2007 and its principal activity was trading in diesel and light fuel oil. At the beginning, Malacha rented a small fuel storage site at Klang, Selangor in year 2008. A year later, the storage site was relocated to Bukit Rambai Melaka. After a decade in business, a new Off-Site Scheduled Waste Recoveries Facilities was established and equipped with recovering and recycling technology to manage the logistics and scheduled waste management.

Since then, Malacha started to collect contaminated materials directly from customers in various industries not limited to shipping vessel, automobile workshop, oil & gas and other manufacturing industries. These materials are soiled with spent lubricant oil, oil tanker sludge, oil water mixture such as ballast water, oil or sludge from oil refinery plant and other imaginable substance. Such wastes are now stringently regulated under the Malaysia’s Department of Environment (DOE) and only can be disposed by its licensed contractors.
