1. Our risk governing and monitoring in relation to ESG issues.

Environmental

To
make the most of our abilities, knowledge, and resources in order to assess and
determine on the risks, practices, adoption of new technology, and set KPIs
based on the following factors: site selection, environmental impact
assessment, emission control, and wastewater control.
To be dedicated in fostering a compliance culture among all of our employees, wherein such a culture is integrated into daily operations, strong guidelines are established for responsible personal conduct throughout the company, and these guidelines are maintained through frequent internal compliance checks and inspections.
Social

To actively contribute to society by promoting sustainable resource recovery, environmental stewardship, and the responsible management of petroleum-derived materials through collaboration with relevant government agencies, industry partners, and educational institutions.
To provide a safe, secure, and healthy working environment for all employees by fostering a strong culture of occupational health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
To ensure all employees are equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), while maintaining all facilities, machinery, and equipment through regular inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance.
To provide comprehensive operational procedures and continuous training to enhance employees' knowledge of workplace health, safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance.

To
improve the performance and accountability of the company in order to increase
long-term shareholder value.
To
implement good practice of the ethical standards advised by the Malaysia
